Vacuum Dilute Phase

Dilute phase pneumatic conveying involves the transfer of fluidized material through a pipe using air pressure generated by either a vacuum or positive pressure system. The fluidization process occurs within the pipe, allowing for the movement of material due to a pressure differential from high to low. Vacuum systems are preferred for their cleanliness, as any leaks that may occur are contained internally. Additionally, vacuum systems facilitate the seamless introduction of powder into the convey line.
